How do I sign up?

You need to sign up from our Shopify listing page. Log into Shopify, go to this page, and click on Add App. It's as simple as that.

How does the free trial work?

Once you sign up, you have 30 days to build, publish, and promote your app. You can select a plan of your choice depending on your requirements.

Do I need coding skills to build my app?

You need ZERO coding skills to build an app with Superfans. It's intuitive and you can build it with drag-and-drop functionalities. You can also customize your app using Advanced Branding and Custom Blocks with no coding expertise.

I already have an app. Can I still use Superfans?

Absolutely! You can invite us to your developer accounts and we'll bring all your current users to the new app.

Can I switch plans anytime?

If you feel you need additional features, you can upgrade anytime you want. And, if you feel your current plan is not the right fit, you can downgrade.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We really hope it won't come to that but if you wish to, you can stop your subscription anytime. No questions asked.
